5G Huawei technology vision

5G Huawei technology vision

Huawei assumes to project mobile network for  at least 100 billion devices with taking into consideration to handle 10 Gb/s for individual user with keeping low latency.

5G cloud-based services and Big Data

5G architecture and infrastructures build  on cloud architecture technologies for purpose of
providing on-demand resource  and network capacity wherever and whenever is needed.

5G core

5G core network evolution will be designing  with more flexibility

for the creation of new services and new applications.

Cloud computing will be as base for 5G core network.

5G three fundamental requirements

Huawei mentioned about : the three fundamental requirements for building 5G wireless networks :

• capabilities for handle massive capacity and also massive connectivity

• support for very broad amount of services, application and users

• flexible and efficient use of all available non-contiguous spectrum.

Deployments of 5G networks

expectations from customers ?

• fast downloading and streaming 4k videos , 8k videos
• using  virtual reality sets

drawback of LTE : coverage

LTE coverage is still a bottleneck . In many country still the main network is 3G  and LTE is only on hi-dense urban areas.

improvements during deploymets

• developing and improving Massive MIMO (Multiple-Input Multiple-Output) by vendors in one of the key topic

• purpose of Massive MIMO is to  tune up base station capacity - it means that more sensors, things, devices (IoT ) are able to connect to 5G Base station.

core network

Cisco set up collaboration with  Ericsson and Intel to develop first 5G router.
When it will be release ?  Date is unknown.

key aspects in deploymnets 5G :

- support  hi traffic volume
- plan and create core networks and 5G  architectures for handling not only UE and mobile wireless routers as it is in LTE , but also keep in mind :
           - machine-to-machine communication (M2M)
           - and the Internet of Things (IoT).
