Since 2009 in world was time of small and bigger deployments of LTE NETWORK.
Unfortunatelly now is 2016 year and all of operator are using LTE NETWORK.
Only issue what is happen now are improvements of LTE NETWORK is way of adding additional functionalities to the LTE NETWORK or enhance network.
