All 5G mobile network providers claim that start of 5G will be in 2020. Verizon has different plans. The intention is to deploy commercial 5G in 2017. Other 5G US network providers like : AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile waiting not so eager to start ealier with commercial deployment.
